Mackerel Pâté with Homemade Lemon Toasts

Make it happen

1. 01

   Mash the mackerel with cream cheese, yoghurt, mustard and lemon juice until spreadable.

2. 02

   Fold through chives and black pepper; chill while preparing the toast.

3. 03

   Toast sourdough slices until crisp, then cut each into triangles.

4. 04

   Serve pâté chilled with warm toast triangles.
