Make it happen

Heat the oven to 190°C fan. Remove mushroom stalks and chop finely.

Mix sausage meat with apple, sage, breadcrumbs and chopped stalks.

Fill the caps firmly, drizzle with oil and arrange on a tray.

Bake for 22–25 minutes until the sausage filling reaches 75°C and the mushrooms are tender.
